Maryland High School Lacrosse - Paint Branch drops to Bethesda-Chevy Chase
April 15, 2024: Burtonsville, MD 20866 Bethesda-Chevy Chase Barons (Bethesda, MD) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the host Paint Branch Panthers (Burtonsville, MD), 8-1 in a league test.
The Barons now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Seneca Valley for a Montgomery County 3A/2A/1A test on Wednesday, April 17. Bethesda-Chevy Chase will face a Screamin' Eagles squad coming off a 13-4 league loss to Einstein (Kensington, MD). The Screamin' Eagles record now stands at 1-5.
In their next game, the Panthers face the Walter Johnson Wildcats (Bethesda, MD) in a Montgomery County 3A/2A/1A test, on Thursday, April 18. Paint Branch will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 3-1 record after their 15-4 league win over Rockville (Rockville, MD).
