Missouri High School Soccer - Platte County knocks off Central
April 15, 2024: Platte City, MO 64079 Platte County Pirates (Platte City, MO) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Central Indians (St. Joseph, MO), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Pirates confront the Blue Springs South Jaguars (Blue Springs, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, April 22. Platte County will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Park Hill South (Riverside, MO).
The Indians now possess a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Park Hill for a Class 4 District 8 challenge on Thursday, April 18. Central will confront a Trojans team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Staley (Kansas City, MO). The Trojans record now stands at 2-7.
