Indiana High School Softball - Union County bounces Knightstown
April 15, 2024: Knightstown, IN 46148 Union County Patriots (Liberty, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Knightstown Panthers (Knightstown, IN), 17-7 in a league challenge.
The Patriots now own a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Union City for a Tri-Eastern challenge on Tuesday, April 16. Union County will face a Indians squad coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Wes-Del (Gaston, IN). The Indians record now stands at 2-4.
With the loss, Knightstown falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Waldron (Waldron, IN) to face the Mohawks in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 16.
