Oregon High School Softball - Lost River holds off Tulelake
April 15, 2024: Merrill, OR 97633 Lost River Raiders (Merrill, OR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Tulelake Honkers (Tulelake, CA), 6-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Raiders now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bonanza for a 2A/1A-SD6 Special District 6 challenge on Tuesday, April 16. Lost River will battle a Antlers squad coming off a 12-12 league Days Creek (Days Creek, OR). The Antlers record now stands at 0-6.
With the loss, Tulelake falls to 6-9 on the campaign. The Honkers host Fall River (McArthur, CA) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 16. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 2-6. Fall River won 14-4 in their recent league challenge against Mt. Shasta (Mt. Shasta, CA)
