The Fort Wayne Canterbury Cavaliers baseball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting South Adams Starfires to 9 in the Cavaliers non-league win on Tuesday.

The Cavaliers now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Adams Central for a non-league test on Thursday, April 17. Fort Wayne Canterbury will play a Flying Jets team coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Bellmont (Decatur, IN). The Flying Jets record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, South Adams drops to 0-3 on the year. The Starfires host Randolph Southern (Lynn, IN) to play the Rebels in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 16. The Rebels go into the test with a record of 1-4. Randolph Southern lost 5-0 in their recent league test against Cowan (Muncie, IN)
