The Peninsula Seahawks (Gig Harbor, WA) baseball trounced the visiting Lakes Lancers (Lakewood, WA), 8-1 in Tuesday's league challenge.

The Seahawks now own a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Decatur for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 17. Peninsula will clash with a Golden Gators team coming off a 10-0 league win over Beamer (Federal Way, WA). The Golden Gators record now stands at 11-0.

With the defeat, Lakes drops to 2-10 on the year. The Lancers host Gig Harbor (Gig Harbor, WA) to clash with the Tides in a 3A Puget Sound - Narrows challenge on Wednesday, April 16.
