The Princeton Tigers baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Pike Central Chargers to 2 in the Tigers league win on Tuesday.

The Tigers now own a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southridge for a Pocket test on Thursday, April 17. Princeton will play a Raiders team coming off a 5-2 league loss to South Spencer (Rockport, IN). The Raiders record now stands at 1-4.

With the defeat, Pike Central drops to 1-5 on the year. The Chargers travel to North Posey (Poseyville, IN) to play the Vikings in a Pocket test on Thursday, April 17. The Vikings go into the test with a record of 5-2. North Posey won 7-4 in their recent league test against Heritage Hills (Lincoln City, IN)
