California High School Volleyball - River Islands over Vanguard College Prep

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host River Islands Riptide volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Vanguard College Prep Lions.

The Riptide (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Edison (Stockton, CA). The Vikings enter the non-league challenge with a 17-5 record. In their last challenge, Edison beat Chavez (Stockton, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Lions meet the Humphreys Able Charter Legacy (Stockton, CA) in a Mountain Valley challenge, on Wednesday, April 16. Vanguard College Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Legacy enter the challenge with a 0-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Lodi Academy (Lodi, CA).
