April 15, 2025: Des Moines, IA 50316 Roosevelt Roughriders (Des Moines, IA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Des Moines East Scarlets (Des Moines, IA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Roosevelt moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Roughriders host Fort Dodge (Fort Dodge, IA) to clash with the Dodgers in a non-league test on Thursday, May 8. The Dodgers come into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Scarlets now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Waukee for a non-league test on Monday, May 5.
