Georgia High School Soccer - Dutchtown knocks off Mary Persons
April 15, 2025: Forsyth, GA 31029 In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Dutchtown Bulldogs soccer team scored a close 4-1 triumph over the Mary Persons Bulldogs.
With the triumph, Dutchtown moves its record to 8-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Elite Scholars Academy (Jonesboro, GA) to meet the Royal Knights in a non-league match on Thursday, April 17. The Royal Knights come into the match with a record of 8-2. Elite Scholars Academy won 10-0 in their recent league match against Fugees Academy (Decatur, GA)
The Bulldogs now sport a 6-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Locust Grove for a non-league match on Friday, April 18. Mary Persons will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Newnan (Newnan, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 15-3.
