Washington High School Soccer - Curtis nudges Bonney Lake
April 15, 2025: University Place, WA 98466 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Curtis Vikings (University Place, WA) and the visiting Bonney Lake Panthers (Bonney Lake, WA), saw Curtis's soccer squad hold off Bonney Lake by a count of 1-0.
The Vikings (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Sumner (Sumner, WA). The Spartans enter the 4A South Puget Sound battle with a 8-1 record. In their last battle, Sumner tipped Graham-Kapowsin (Graham, WA), 2-1, in a league battle.
Next up, the Panthers battle the Yelm Tornados (Yelm, WA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 17. Bonney Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Tornados enter the battle with a 0-10 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Emerald Ridge (South Hill, WA).
