Illinois High School Softball - Augusta Southeastern bested by Hamilton
April 15, 2025: West Hancock, IL The Hamilton Titans triumphed over the visiting Augusta Southeastern Suns softball squad by a count of 15-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.
Next, the Titans meet the Mendon Unity Mustangs (Mendon, IL) in a West Central challenge, on Thursday, April 17. Hamilton will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 15-0 league loss to Barry Western (Barry, IL).
The Suns (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Astoria/VIT (Astoria, IL). The Rebels enter the non-league challenge with a 3-8 record. In their last challenge, Astoria/VIT was routed by Beardstown (Beardstown, IL), 15-1, in a non-league challenge.
