The Barnesville Shamrocks softball team scored 16 runs and held the host Monroe Central Seminoles to 15 in the Shamrocks non-league win on Tuesday.

The Shamrocks now possess a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cambridge for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 16. Barnesville will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 13-0 non-league win over Buckeye Trail (Lore City, OH). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-6.

With the loss, Monroe Central moves to 5-6 on the season. The Seminoles travel to Caldwell (Caldwell, OH) to confront the Redskins in a Pioneer Valley battle on Wednesday, April 16. The Redskins come into the battle with a record of 7-3.
