North Carolina High School Softball - Chase bounces Maple Grove

April 15, 2025: Forest City, NC 28043

In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Chase Trojans softball team scored a nice 17-3 win over the Maple Grove Red Dragons.

The Trojans (10-8) will now prepare for their match against Randolph (Randolph, NY). The Cardinals come into the non-league match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Randolph was routed by Crest (Shelby, NC), 12-4, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Red Dragons confront the Westfield Wolverines (Westfield, NY) in a Section 6 Chautauqua/Cattaraugus II West match, on Tuesday, April 22. Maple Grove will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Wolverines come into the match with a 1-1 record after their 7-6 non-league loss to Forestville Central (Forestville, NY).
