In Tuesday's non-league test, the Vanguard Knights (Ocala, FL) softball squad the visiting Dunnellon Tigers (Dunnellon, FL), by a tally of 7-4.

Next, the Knights meet the Belleview Rattlers (Belleview, FL) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 17. Vanguard will attempt to advance on its 11-7 season record. The Rattlers go into the test with a 11-8 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Lake Weir (Ocala, FL).

The Tigers (8-12) will now prepare for their test against Lake Weir (Ocala, FL). The Hurricanes go into the non-league test with a 3-20 record. In their last test, Lake Weir was routed by Belleview (Belleview, FL), 4-1, in a non-league test.
