The Carlisle Bison baseball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting Bishop McDevitt Crusaders to 6 in the Bison non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Carlisle advances its record to 5-6 on the season. The Bison travel to Northern York (Dillsburg, PA) to battle the Polar Bears in a non-league match on Saturday, April 18. The Polar Bears come into the match with a record of 8-4. Northern York won 6-5 in their recent non-league match against James Buchanan (Mercersburg, PA)

The Crusaders now have a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Palmyra for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 21. Bishop McDevitt will battle a Cougars squad coming off a 7-4 non-league loss to Manheim Central (Manheim, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 5-7.
