The Southmont Mounties baseball squad (Crawfordsville, IN), was overwhelmed 12-2 in Wednesday's league contest with the host Cascade Cadets (Clayton, IN)

With the triumph, Cascade moves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Cadets travel to Crawfordsville (Crawfordsville, IN) to confront the Athenians in a contest on Tuesday, April 21. The Athenians come into the contest with a record of 1-0. Crawfordsville won 17-0 in their recent non-league contest against Fountain Central (Veedersburg, IN)

The Mounties now possess a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Monrovia for a non-league contest on Thursday, May 21.
