April 16, 2022: Lisle, IL 60532 The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the Lisle Lions (Lisle, IL) and the visiting Stillman Valley Cardinals (Stillman Valley, IL), saw Lisle's soccer squad beat Stillman Valley by a margin of 4-0.
The Lions now sport a 5-4 record. They play next when they host Herscher for a Illinois Central Eight test on Monday, April 18. Lisle will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Wilmington (Wilmington, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 9-3.
With the loss, Stillman Valley drops to 4-8 on the season. The Cardinals host Genoa-Kingston (Genoa, IL) to meet the Cogs in a Big Northern test on Tuesday, April 19. The Cogs come into the test with a record of 3-4. Genoa-Kingston won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Mendota (Mendota, IL)
