April 16, 2024: Gig Harbor, WA 98335 Gig Harbor Tides (Gig Harbor, WA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Capital Cougars (Olympia, WA), 9-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Gig Harbor upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Tides host Lake Washington (Kirkland, WA) to battle the Kangaroos in a non-league test on Saturday, April 20. The Kangaroos come into the test with a record of 6-3. Lake Washington won 11-0 in their recent non-league test against Bellevue (Bellevue, WA)
With the defeat, Capital falls to 3-5 on the season. The Cougars travel to Olympia (Olympia, WA) to battle the Bears in a non-league test on Saturday, April 27. The Bears come into the test with a record of 6-2.
