April 16, 2024: Spanish Fork, UT 84660 Payson Lions (Payson, UT) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host Spanish Fork Dons (Spanish Fork, UT), 6-3 in a non-league test.
The Lions now have a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Orem for a contest on Monday, April 22. Payson will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 10-2 league loss to Timpanogos (Orem, UT). The Tigers record now stands at 2-3.
The Dons now own a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host Salem Hills for a contest on Friday, April 19. Spanish Fork will confront a Skyhawks squad coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, UT). The Skyhawks record now stands at 0-7.
