Hutchinson-Central Tech Engineers (Buffalo, NY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Olmsted Owls (Buffalo, NY), 25-13 in a league challenge.

The Engineers now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Olmsted for a Section 6 Buffalo match on Tuesday, April 30.

With the loss, Olmsted moves to 0-1 on the season. The Owls travel to Lewis J. Bennett (Buffalo, NY) to face the Tigers in a Section 6 Buffalo match on Thursday, April 18. The Tigers go into the match with a record of 0-0.
