Virginia High School Softball - Mount Vernon bounces Justice
April 16, 2024: Alexandria, VA 22309 Mount Vernon Majors (Alexandria, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Justice Wolves (Falls Church, VA), 25-5 in a league challenge.
The Majors now own a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Edison for a National challenge on Wednesday, April 17. Mount Vernon will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 14-7 league win over Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology (Alexandria, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 7-1.
With the loss, Justice falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Edison (Alexandria, VA) to battle the Eagles in a National challenge on Friday, April 19. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 8-1.
