April 16, 2024: West New York, NJ 07093 The Memorial Tigers softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Passaic Indians to 0 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Memorial moves its record to 5-2 on the year. The Tigers host University Academy Charter (Jersey City, NJ) to play the Generals in a HCIAL - National game on Wednesday, April 17. The Generals come into the game with a record of 0-2. University Academy Charter lost 21-0 in their recent league game against Dickinson (Jersey City, NJ)
In their next game, the Indians play the Bergen Tech Knights (Hackensack, NJ) in a Big North - Liberty game, on Wednesday, April 17. Passaic will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Knights come into the game with a 5-4 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to Immaculate Heart Academy (Washington Township, NJ).
