Virginia High School Baseball - South County loses to Edison
April 16, 2025: Lorton, VA 22079 Edison Eagles (Alexandria, VA) followers left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host South County Stallions (Lorton, VA), 9-4 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Edison moves its record to 7-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Hayfield (Alexandria, VA) to battle the Hawks in a National match on Monday, April 21. The Hawks come into the match with a record of 8-5. Hayfield lost 18-3 in their recent non-league match against Lake Braddock (Burke, VA)
The Stallions now possess a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rock Ridge for a non-league match on Monday, April 21. South County will battle a Phoenix squad coming off a 15-2 non-league win over Park View (Sterling, VA). The Phoenix record now stands at 1-7.
