The Old Forge Blue Devils baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Lakeland Chiefs to 2 in the Blue Devils league win on Wednesday.

The Blue Devils now hold a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Valley View for a non-league test on Saturday, April 19. Old Forge will play a Cougars team coming off a 8-4 league loss to Wallenpaupack Area (Hawley, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-7.

With the defeat, Lakeland drops to 3-7 on the year. The Chiefs travel to Western Wayne (Lake Ariel, PA) to play the Wildcats in a Lackawanna 2 test on Tuesday, April 22. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 3-8.
