Maryland High School Baseball - Landon nips Our Lady of Good Counsel

In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Landon Bears baseball team scored a close 5-4 win over the Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons.

The Bears (13-6) will now prepare for their game against Bullis (Potomac, MD). The Bulldogs go into the Interstate Athletic game with a 3-7 record. In their last game, Bullis was tipped by Landon (Bethesda, MD), 7-5, in a league game.

Next, the Falcons play the Archbishop Carroll Lions (Washington, DC) in a Washington Catholic game, on Thursday, April 17. Our Lady of Good Counsel will attempt to improve on its 13-7 season record. The Lions go into the game with a 0-12 record after their 16-1 league loss to Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD).
