In Wednesday's non-league bout, the South Adams Starfires (Berne, IN) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Randolph Southern Rebels (Lynn, IN), by a tally of 13-3.

Next up, the Starfires encounter the New Haven Bulldogs (New Haven, IN) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 17. South Adams will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 2-4 record after their 9-6 non-league loss to Celina (Celina, OH).

The Rebels (1-5) will now prepare for their bout against Wes-Del (Gaston, IN). The Warriors enter the Mid-Eastern bout with a 2-4 record. In their last bout, Wes-Del overcame Daleville (Daleville, IN), 8-7, in a league bout.
