Virginia High School Lacrosse - Clover Hill drops to Powhatan
April 16, 2025: Midlothian, VA 23112 Powhatan Indians (Powhatan, VA) backers exited the stadium satisfied Wednesday as they saw their lacrosse team top the host Clover Hill Cavaliers (Midlothian, VA), 20-3 in a league game.
With the victory, Powhatan improves its record to 7-0 on the season. The Indians host Monacan (Richmond, VA) to play the Chiefs in a Dominion game on Monday, April 21. The Chiefs come into the game with a record of 3-4. Monacan won 22-2 in their recent league game against Manchester (Midlothian, VA)
The Cavaliers now have a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Godwin for a non-league game on Monday, April 21. Clover Hill will play a Eagles team coming off a 13-5 non-league win over Hanover (Mechanicsville, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-0.
