Washington High School Softball - River Ridge bounces Capital
April 16, 2025: Lacey, WA 98513 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the River Ridge Hawks (Lacey, WA) and the visiting Capital Cougars (Olympia, WA), observed River Ridge's softball team prevail over Capital by a tally of 20-5.
The Hawks (6-3) will now prepare for their bout against Bellarmine Prep (Tacoma, WA). The Lions go into the non-league bout with a 1-6 record. In their last bout, Bellarmine Prep knocked off Lincoln (Tacoma, WA), 20-7, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Timberline Blazers (Lacey, WA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, April 25. Capital will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Blazers go into the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 11-5 non-league loss to Central Kitsap (Silverdale, WA).
