April 16, 2025: Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236 Fans at Wednesday's non-league test between the University Liggett Knights (Grosse Pointe Woods, MI) and the visiting Royal Oak Ravens (Royal Oak, MI), witnessed University Liggett's lacrosse squad hold off Royal Oak by a count of 8-7.
The Knights (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Cass Tech (Detroit, MI). The Technicians enter the non-league test with a 1-2 record.
Next, the Ravens battle the West Bloomfield Lakers (West Bloomfield, MI) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 17. Royal Oak will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Lakers enter the test with a 1-4 record after their 10-4 non-league loss to Fenton (Fenton, MI).
