Florida High School Softball - Freeport bounces Central

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Freeport Bulldogs (Freeport, FL) and the host Central Jaguars (Milton, FL), observed Freeport's softball team notch a victory over Central by a tally of 19-3.

The Bulldogs (9-9) will now prepare for their bout against Destin (Destin, FL). The Sharks go into the non-league bout with a 13-9 record. In their last bout, Destin was routed by Holmes County (Bonifay, FL), 12-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Jaguars battle the Paxton Bobcats (Paxton, FL) in a bout, on Thursday, April 17. Central will attempt to advance on its 10-9 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 9-6 record after their 11-4 non-league loss to Cottondale (Cottondale, FL).
