Pennsylvania High School Softball - South Park sneaks past Chartiers-Houston
April 16, 2025: Houston, PA 15342 In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting South Park Eagles softball team scored a tight 4-3 win over the Chartiers-Houston Buccaneers.
The Eagles (10-0) will now prepare for their match against East Allegheny (North Versailles, PA). The Wild Cats come into the WPIAL 3A 1 match with a 0-6 record. In their last match, East Allegheny was nipped by Brentwood (Pittsburgh, PA), 8-4, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Buccaneers confront the Fort Cherry Rangers (McDonald, PA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, April 17. Chartiers-Houston will attempt to better on its 10-1 season record.
