North Carolina High School Softball - South Lenoir bounces James Kenan
April 16, 2025: Warsaw, NC 28398 The South Lenoir Blue Devils (Deep Run, NC) softball routed the host James Kenan Tigers (Warsaw, NC), 12-2 in Wednesday's league outing.
The Blue Devils now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Johnston for a non-league outing on Saturday, April 19. South Lenoir will encounter a Wildcats team coming off a 12-2 league win over Fike (Wilson, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-7.
With the loss, James Kenan moves to 5-9 on the season. The Tigers travel to North Lenoir (LaGrange, NC) to encounter the Hawks in a East Central 2A outing on Tuesday, April 29. The Hawks come into the outing with a record of 12-2.
