In Wednesday's non-league test, the Ovid-Elsie Marauders (Elsie, MI) softball squad got by the visiting Lakewood Vikings (Lake Odessa, MI), by a count of 10-9.

Next, the Marauders meet the Montrose Rams (Montrose, MI) in a Mid-Michigan test, on Monday, April 21. Ovid-Elsie will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Rams go into the test with a 0-2 record after their 14-0 league loss to New Lothrop (New Lothrop, MI).
