Heritage Patriots (Brentwood, CA) supporters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Freedom Falcons (Oakley, CA), 9-8 in a league game.

With the triumph, Heritage improves its record to 10-6 on the year. The Patriots travel to Deer Valley (Antioch, CA) to play the Wolverines in a Bay Valley game on Tuesday, April 28. The Wolverines enter the game with a record of 5-7.
