April 17, 2023: Pebble Beach, CA 93953 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Archbishop Mitty Monarchs (San Jose, CA) and the host Stevenson Pirates (Pebble Beach, CA), saw Archbishop Mitty's lacrosse team gain a win over Stevenson by a margin of 10-8.
The Monarchs (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Ignatius College Preparatory (San Francisco, CA). The Wildcats enter the WCAL challenge with a 11-2 record. In their last challenge, St. Ignatius College Preparatory was nudged by Chaminade (Mineola, NY), 20-13, in a non-league challenge.
The Pirates (7-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Carmel (Carmel, CA). The Padres enter the PCAL - Gabilan challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Carmel edged Pacific Grove (Pacific Grove, CA), 12-11, in a league challenge.
