Massachusetts High School Softball - Algonquin Regional loses to Auburn
April 17, 2023: Northborough, MA 01532 The Auburn Rockets softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Algonquin Regional Titans to 2 in the Rockets non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Auburn moves its record to 3-3 on the year. The Rockets travel to Blackstone Valley RVT (Upton, MA) to clash with the Beavers in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 19. The Beavers come into the game with a record of 2-2. Blackstone Valley RVT won 11-10 in their recent non-league game against Nipmuc Regional (Upton, MA)
The Titans (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Hopedale (Hopedale, MA). The Blue Raiders enter the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Hopedale was routed by Northbridge (Whitinsville, MA), 5-2, in a non-league test.
