North Carolina High School Baseball - Loris loses to West Brunswick
April 17, 2024: Shallotte, NC 28470 The West Brunswick Trojans crushed the visiting Loris Lions baseball team by a tally of 10-0 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Trojans now hold a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Hanover for a Mideastern 3A/4A bout on Friday, April 19. West Brunswick will face a Wildcats team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to North Myrtle Beach (Little River, SC). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-10.
Next, the Lions face the Manning Monarchs (Manning, SC) in a 3A Region 7 bout, on Friday, April 19. Loris will attempt to advance on its 8-11 season record. The Monarchs enter the bout with a 1-9 record after their 17-3 non-league win over Kingstree (Kingstree, SC).
