New Jersey High School Volleyball - Montclair over Eagle Academy
April 17, 2024: Montclair, NJ 07042 Montclair Mounties (Montclair, NJ) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Eagle Academy (Newark, NJ), 2-0 in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Mounties meet the Irvington Blue Knights (Irvington, NJ) in a SEC - Liberty game, on Friday, April 19. Montclair will attempt to improve on its 7-0 season record. The Blue Knights enter the game with a 2-7 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Central Jersey College Prep (Somerset, NJ).
The (0-6) will now prepare for their game against Nutley (Nutley, NJ). The Maroon Raiders enter the non-league game with a 6-3 record. In their last game, Nutley dropped by Newark Tech (Newark, NJ), 2-1, in a non-league game.
