Minnesota High School Softball - Mountain Iron-Buhl bounces Duluth East
April 17, 2024: Mountain Iron, MN 55768 The Mountain Iron-Buhl Rangers softball team scored 18 runs and held the visiting Duluth East Greyhounds to 13 in the Rangers league win on Wednesday.
The Rangers now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mesabi East for a Freelance battle on Monday, April 22. Mountain Iron-Buhl will confront a Giants team coming off a 26-13 non-league loss to Greenway/Nashwauk-Keewatin (Coleraine, MN). The Giants record now stands at 1-5.
With the loss, Duluth East moves to 1-3 on the season. The Greyhounds travel to Kelley (Silver Bay, MN) to confront the Mariners in a non-league battle on Friday, April 19. The Mariners come into the battle with a record of 4-1.
