Washington High School Baseball - Forks nips Hoquiam
April 17, 2025: Hoquiam, WA 98550 The Forks Spartans baseball team scored 5 runs and held the host Hoquiam Grizzlies to 4 in the Spartans non-league win on Thursday.
The Spartans now hold a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Raymond/South Bend for a 2B Pacific test on Tuesday, April 22. Forks will play a Ravens team coming off a 18-3 non-league win over Morton/White Pass (Morton, WA). The Ravens record now stands at 2-7.
With the defeat, Hoquiam drops to 2-6 on the year. The Grizzlies host Bremerton (Bremerton, WA) to play the Knights in a non-league test on Saturday, April 19. The Knights go into the test with a record of 2-10. Bremerton lost 11-1 in their recent league test against Bainbridge (Bainbridge Island, WA)
