The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the McCann Tech Hornets (North Adams, MA) and the visiting Franklin County Tech Eagles (Turners Falls, MA), saw McCann Tech's baseball team get by Franklin County Tech by a tally of 6-5.

The Hornets (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Lee (Lee, MA). The Wildcats enter the non-league battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Lee was tipped by Turners Falls (Montague, MA), 10-2, in a non-league battle.
