The Jefferson Township Falcons baseball team scored 11 runs and held the host Parsippany Redhawks to 5 in the Falcons non-league win on Thursday.

The Falcons now hold a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Milford for a non-league test on Saturday, April 19. Jefferson Township will play a Highlanders team coming off a 13-3 non-league loss to West Orange (West Orange, NJ). The Highlanders record now stands at 6-4.

With the defeat, Parsippany drops to 4-3 on the year. The Redhawks host Hanover Park (East Hanover, NJ) to play the Hornets in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 22. The Hornets go into the test with a record of 5-3. Hanover Park won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Midland Park (Midland Park, NJ)
