The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the Metuchen Bulldogs (Metuchen, NJ) and the visiting South River Rams (South River, NJ), saw Metuchen's baseball team get by South River by a tally of 3-2.

The Bulldogs (6-2) will now prepare for their battle against South Amboy (South Amboy, NJ). The Governors enter the non-league battle with a 4-4 record.

Next, the Rams face the Piscataway Vo-Tech Raiders (Piscataway, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 19. South River will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record.
