Washington High School Baseball - Mt. Spokane wallops University
April 17, 2025: Mead, WA 99021 The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the Mt. Spokane Wildcats (Mead, WA) and the visiting University Titans (Spokane, WA), saw Mt. Spokane's baseball team gain a win over University by a tally of 16-1.
The Wildcats (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against Cheney (Cheney, WA). The Blackhawks enter the 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane battle with a 5-7 record. In their last battle, Cheney was overwhelmed by Mead (Spokane, WA), 5-4, in a league battle.
Next, the Titans face the Ridgeline Falcons (Liberty Lake, WA) in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane battle, on Friday, April 18. University will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Falcons enter the battle with a 4-9 record after their 4-3 league loss to Shadle Park (Spokane, WA).
