Rhode Island High School Baseball - Coventry defeats Cranston East
April 17, 2025: Cranston, RI 02910 In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Coventry Oakers baseball team scored a close 14-7 win over the Cranston East Thunderbolts.
The Oakers (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Cumberland (Cumberland, RI). The Clippers go into the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Cumberland was overwhelmed by Barrington (Barrington, RI), 4-3, in a non-league game.
Next, the Thunderbolts play the Cranston West Falcons (Cranston, RI) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 19. Cranston East will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Falcons go into the game with a 2-1 record after their 14-1 non-league win over Coventry (Coventry, RI).
