April 17, 2025: DeWitt, MI 48820 The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the DeWitt Panthers (DeWitt, MI) and the visiting Waverly Warriors (Lansing, MI), saw DeWitt's baseball team gain a win over Waverly by a tally of 17-2.
The Panthers (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Everett (Lansing, MI). The Vikings enter the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Everett was overwhelmed by Waverly (Lansing, MI), 18-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Warriors face the Grand Ledge Comets (Grand Ledge, MI) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 21. Waverly will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Comets enter the battle with a 5-2 record after their 8-6 non-league loss to West Ottawa (Holland, MI).
