April 17, 2025: Smithville, TN 37166 Warren County Pioneers & Lady Pioneers (McMinnville, TN) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host DeKalb County Tigers (Smithville, TN), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Warren County moves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Pioneers & Lady Pioneers travel to Shelbyville Central (Shelbyville, TN) to meet the Golden Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 22. The Golden Eagles come into the test with a record of 7-5. Shelbyville Central won 6-1 in their recent non-league test against Lincoln County (Fayetteville, TN)
The Tigers now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host White County for a non-league test on Monday, April 21. DeKalb County will meet a Warriors team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Upperman (Baxter, TN). The Warriors record now stands at 3-4.
