The Arcanum Trojans overwhelmed the visiting Mississinawa Valley Blackhawks softball squad by a count of 11-4 in Thursday's league challenge.

Next, the Trojans meet the Ansonia Tigers (Ansonia, OH) in a Western Ohio Athletic challenge, on Friday, April 18. Arcanum will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record. The Tigers go into the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 10-0 league loss to Tri-Village (New Madison, OH).

The Blackhawks (5-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Twin Valley South (West Alexandria, OH). The Panthers go into the Western Ohio Athletic challenge with a 4-3 record.
