April 17, 2025: Arkansas City, KS 67005 The Valley Center Hornets the host Arkansas City Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Hornets meet the Circle Thunderbirds (Towanda, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 19. Valley Center will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 6-4 league loss to Mulvane (Mulvane, KS).
The Bulldogs (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Maize South (Wichita, KS). The Mavericks enter the Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail Division II challenge with a 4-0 record.
